-Cancellations and Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide this notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

-Late Arrivals: Arriving late may shorten your session time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited.

3. Payments

-Deposits: A deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment within a specified period.

-Payment: The remaining balance of the service is due upon completion. We accept payment by Zelle and cash.

-Pricing: Prices for services are subject to change. Clients will be informed of any price adjustments before booking their appointments.

11. Permanent Jewelry Terms

Custom-Made, Non-Removable Jewelry: Permanent jewelry is carefully custom-fitted and welded to your wrist, ankle, or other body parts, creating a seamless design that does not require a clasp. Once installed, the jewelry is non-removable and is designed to stay in place for long-lasting wear. This is not an invasive procedure, as there is no piercing involved.

Jewelry Care: While permanent jewelry is designed for durability, proper care is essential to maintain its appearance. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, excessive moisture, or physical stress that could cause damage. It is important to remove the jewelry before activities that could risk the piece, such as intense physical activity or swimming in chlorinated water.

Jewelry Breakage or Damage: In the event that your permanent jewelry becomes damaged or breaks, please contact us immediately. We offer (2) repair services at not cost for damage caused by normal wear and tear. Please note that if the jewelry is damaged due to external forces, such as pulling or snagging, additional charges may apply.

Replacement Policy: Permanent jewelry cannot be removed or replaced without assistance. If the jewelry needs to be adjusted, repaired, or replaced due to damage, we offer a service to address these issues for an additional fee.

Non-Refundable Service: Due to the custom nature of the jewelry and the welding process, permanent jewelry services are non-refundable. Please ensure that you are comfortable with your decision before proceeding with the installation.
